· The minimum requirements for an Internet browser are Internet Explorer (6.0 or greater), Firefox (1x or greater) and Netscape Navigator (6x or greater).
· Most web broadcasts require that you have at least one of the following media players - Windows Media Player, Adobe Flash or Microsoft Silverlight. Windows Media Player may work for some web broadcasts, but we recommend you use Adobe Flash or Microsoft Silverlight to best view this broadcast.

The following are a list of Frequently Asked Questions from www.bellaliant.net/ecma.

Excessive buffering
A brief amount of buffering in your media player is normal for viewing a web broadcast. Continual or excessive buffering may indicate that your Internet connection is having difficulty maintaining a high level of bandwidth. Please try selecting a lower bandwidth stream. Torrent programs such as uTorrent or Limewire require a large amount of bandwidth- if you normally run these programs, try closing them and refreshing the stream page.

Bandwidth settings
Access Speed: The speed settings are set up to cover the most common bandwidth configurations. Please select the speed that best represents your current connection and speed.

Mac users
If experiencing problems viewing Windows Media content on an Intel based or Power Mac, Microsoft recommends installing the Flip4Mac plugin to allow Windows Media files to playback in the QuickTime player. Please ensure you have the latest version of the plugin (v2 or higher) Free download from Microsoft; http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx

Browser / Player preferences
Please ensure that the "Preferences" settings (Netscape) and "Internet Options" settings (Internet Explorer) are set up to use Media Player and/or Real Player to view the various stream formats including .asf, .wma, .wmv, .asx (Windows Media Player) and .rm, .ram, .rpm, .smil (Real Player) These settings are usually done automatically when the player is installed.

Windows Media 9
When trying to play a Windows Media 9 stream using Windows Media Player ver.7 or earlier it should automatically download the necessary Windows Media 9 codec in the background unless your player has been told not to; this is a checkbox under the Tools or options for your player.
